Return & Refund Policy – Ultimate Sneakers

At Ultimate Sneakers, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, socks, swimwear, lingerie, cosmetics, and jewelry for piercings. Personalized, resized, engraved, or special-order goods are also non-returnable.

If you received the item as a gift, we may offer an exchange for goods of equal value or a gift card at the current price, minus any ongoing promotional discount.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days (excluding delivery charges, if applicable).

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email returns@ultimatesneakers.co.za and mail your item to our physical address.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, send it to our physical address (provided in our contact information). You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee applies.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
